Terms and Conditions for uaverse Services: uaverse provides professional drone photography and videography services. The specific details of these services will be agreed upon by both parties before commencement of work.
Payment: Payment terms will be agreed upon before the start of any project. All invoices must be paid in full by the client within the agreed timeframe.
Cancellation Policy: If a client needs to cancel a scheduled shoot, they must do so at least 2 business days before the shoot. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Weather Policy: Drone operations are subject to weather conditions. If a shoot needs to be rescheduled due to weather, it will be done so at no additional cost to the client.
Copyright and Usage: uaverse retains the copyright of all images and footage. The client is granted a license to use the images and footage for their own promotional and marketing purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Liability: uaverse is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of our drone services.
Privacy: uaverse respects the privacy of individuals and will not intentionally capture images of individuals without their consent, unless in a public setting where there is no reasonable expectation of privacy.
Legal Compliance: uaverse complies with all local, state, and federal laws regarding drone operation, including obtaining necessary permits and licenses.
Changes to Terms and Conditions: uaverse reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United States of America.
